Frank Cole, under the supervision and training of Dr. Sica has been an integral part of N.R.S’s treatment team. He has been working with LifeSpan – NRS since 1984. He is also an affiliate member of the Society of Cognitive Rehabilitation since 1993. In addition to working with patients in our cognitive remediation program, Mr. Cole also provides biofeedback relaxation training and has completed two intensive training modules for the American Biotec Corporation (1995 and 1998). Furthermore, Mr. Cole has a long standing reputation of community involvement. Mr. Cole has worked with Brookdale Community College, Monmouth Medical Center, Jersey Shore University Medical Center, and Ocean County College, among others, placing patients for volunteer work, community, and school mainstreaming. Mr. Cole has volunteered his time helping many brain injured patients. Finally, Mr. Cole has set up the NRS section whereby patients completing their cognitive remediation program are channeled into the NJ Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. He is an important advocate for our patients which is an important goal of our organization.
